I’m Steph a Scottish designer, mum of two, and founder of Marmalade Design. I split my time between my cosy wee village on the east coast of Scotland and the sunny buzz of Benidorm, helping businesses on both sides of the sea show up with confidence through bold, personality-packed design. (I’m also a proud Level 5 Duolingo Spanish learner - Hablo un poquito de español)!

At home, life’s a colourful blur of two unruly boys, my husband Nath, and our fluffy cat, Otis. We got married at Belladrum Festival this year surrounded by friends, family, and plenty of confetti!

My creative journey started with art and design studies and a lifelong need to make things look just right. After years of bringing creative flair to every job I touched, I found my sweet spot in branding, where strategy meets style and good design can genuinely change how a business is seen.

When I first visited Benidorm, I couldn’t help but notice how many incredible bars, restaurants, and hotels had amazing real-life vibes but weren’t showing up online. Every few months, I’m back there working with local business owners to turn that energy into strong, cohesive brands and websites that truly reflect who they are. It’s about helping people take pride in their business image, from menus and signage to full rebrands and websites, and giving them the confidence to shine online.

Marmalade Design was built on connection. I love getting to know the story behind a business and turning it into visuals that feel authentic, confident, and completely you. Whether we’re chatting over a coffee in Spain or hopping on a Zoom from Scotland, I’ll bring the same mix of creativity, strategy, and genuine care to every project.
